At SKULPT Lagree, we value intention, respect for time, and a seamless experience for every client. To ensure fairness and availability for all, we kindly ask that you review and honor the following studio policies.

Cancellation Policy
Classes must be canceled at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 8 hours of class will be considered a late cancel and will incur a $15 fee. This policy allows us to accommodate waitlisted clients and maintain an elevated class experience.

No-Show Policy
Clients who do not attend a scheduled class without canceling will be charged a $25 no-show fee. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.

Late Arrival Policy

For safety reasons and to preserve the flow and intention of class, clients arriving after class has begun may be denied entry and treated as a late cancel. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to settle in, get grounded, and prepare for the best 45 minutes of your day.

For new clients, late arrival will not be permitted. First-time guests must arrive early to receive a proper Megaformer introduction and safety overview. This ensures you feel confident, supported, and fully prepared before class begins.

Class Packages & Memberships
All class packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Expiration dates apply and are strictly enforced.

Studio Etiquette
To maintain a focused and intentional environment, phones should be silenced and stored during class. Socks are required for all sessions.
