At SKULPT Lagree, we value intention, respect for time, safety, and a seamless experience for every client. To ensure fairness, availability, and an elevated experience for everyone in the room, we kindly ask that you review and honor the following studio policies.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Classes must be canceled at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made within 8 hours of class will be considered a late cancel and will incur a $15 late cancellation fee. This policy allows us to accommodate waitlisted clients and maintain an elevated class experience.

NO-SHOW POLICY

Clients who do not attend a scheduled class without canceling will be charged a $25 no-show fee.

Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.

ARRIVAL + LATE ENTRY POLICY

All clients should arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins so you have time to check in and prepare for your 45 minutes.

First time at SKULPT? Please arrive 10 minutes early.

First-time clients are required to receive a proper Megaformer introduction and safety overview before participating in class. For this reason, late entry is not permitted for first-time clients once class has begun.

Returning clients arriving after class has begun may be denied entry and treated as a late cancel at the studio’s discretion. This allows us to preserve the safety, flow, and experience of the class already in progress.

WAIVER + LIABILITY

All clients are required to complete SKULPT’s Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk prior to participating in class.

A completed waiver is required before getting on the Megaformer. No exceptions.

SAFETY ON THE MEGA

The Megaformer includes a moving carriage. Always step on and off carefully and follow your instructor’s safety cues throughout class.

If at any point you feel dizzy, lightheaded, unstable, or unsafe, sit down and immediately alert your instructor.

Balance poles are available and encouraged whenever additional stability is needed.

GRIP SOCKS

Grip socks are required for every class.

Forgot yours? Grip socks are available for purchase in studio.

FILMING + CONTENT

We love seeing you share your SKULPT experience! To respect the privacy and experience of everyone in the room, filming is permitted only from our designated filming Megas: 1, 7, 8, and 12.

If you plan to film during class, please book one of these designated spots and remain mindful of other clients who may not wish to be included in your content.

CLASS PACKAGES + MEMBERSHIPS

All class packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Expiration dates apply and are strictly enforced. Memberships and packages are subject to the specific terms associated with the offer purchased.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

To maintain a focused and intentional environment, phones should be silenced and stored during class unless being used appropriately for filming from a designated filming Mega.

Please listen carefully to instructor cues, spring changes, transitions, and safety instructions throughout class.

We encourage you to take modifications, use your balance pole, and take breaks whenever needed. Form, control, and safety always come first.

MOST IMPORTANTLY

You do not have to be “good” at Lagree to come to SKULPT.

Come as you are. Ask questions. Take modifications. Use your balance pole. Take breaks when you need them.

We’ll guide you every step of the way.
